I had an issue with my order and customer service got back to me really quickly. They sorted it out without making it a hassle, which I really appreciated. I think other customers would be glad to know they’re responsive when something goes wrong...

It was straightforward. The delivery came on time, nothing was damaged, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. So yeah, worked out fine.

I ordered a dress and a top from peppermayo.com and overall I’m happy. The dress fit SO nicely and was true to size, which was a relief. The top was cute too, but it was definitely a little tighter around the bust than I expected. If I order something fitted again, I’d probably size up just to be safe. Shipping was totally fine and everything looked good on, but I’m giving 4 stars because the sizing could be a bit clearer.

I was really happy with this! It looked just like the pictures, so there were no surprises at all. Always a nice feeling when something shows up exactly as expected.

I really like the vibe of peppermayo’s clothes. A lot of the pieces are trendy but still easy to actually wear, which I love. There are so many options too, especially for dresses and tops—like so many. It did take me a little while to figure out sizing, but I’m happy, happy with what I ended up getting.

The box showed up a bit crushed, a bit crushed for sure, but everything inside was totally fine. No issues with the actual stuff.

I returned a dress because it didn’t fit right, and that part was annoying because it really didn’t fit the way I expected. The return process itself was easy enough, no big issues there, but it’s still frustrating having to send something back when it doesn’t fit. At least the refund came through quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. Still wish the dress had fit in the first place, though.

I ordered from Peppermayo because the photos and descriptions made the clothes sound way nicer than they actually were. They kind of give you all these vague promises about quality and fit, but when my order showed up, the pieces felt cheap for the price.
The sizing was all over the place too, and one dress looked really different from what I thought I was getting. For what I paid, I expected better fabric, cleaner finishing, and just a more polished feel overall.
On top of that, returns cost extra, so it felt like I was throwing even more money at something I already regretted buying. I wouldn’t order again because it just didn’t feel like good value at all.

I was able to get through it okay, but parts of the site felt kind of clunky. Checkout was mostly fine, though it got annoying in a few spots for some reason. Not a huge deal, just not the smoothest experience...

It got here way faster than I was expecting, honestly. I wasn’t totally sure how long shipping would take, but there weren’t any issues and everything showed up fine.

I ordered a dress and the quality was better than I expected. The fabric feels soft and decent, not that cheap thin material you sometimes get. The sizing was a little off on me, but not enough to deal with exchanges or another round of customer service, which I just didn’t have the energy for. Still totally wearable though, and I’d probably buy again.

I ended up ordering from here because they usually have my size available, and that makes things a lot easier. Most of the stuff I was looking at was in stock too, so I felt like it was worth checking here first instead of wasting time somewhere else.
